Sick of going to play centres where your baby can’t even enjoy the space because the big kids have taken over? Give your little one the chance to shine in our Babies First Steps Session—a 50-minute parent-led, free-range play session where you and your baby can explore, crawl, cruise, and take those first steps in a safe, soft play environment. No teacher, no structured lessons—just a relaxed space for babies to build confidence, coordination, and curiosity. To ensure babies crawling or on their way to walking can explore with security and focus, no older children are allowed in this area, giving your little one the freedom to move, discover, and take their first steps safely.

Cancellation Policy
Babies First Steps Session – Booking Policy 1. Session Duration: Each session runs for 50 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get ready to play. 2. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made online via our website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 3. Age & Safety: This session is designed for babies who are crawling or beginning to walk. No older children are permitted in this area to ensure a safe and focused environment for your baby. 4. Parent/Guardian Supervision: Each baby must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The session is parent-led, and our staff are there for guidance and safety, not direct teaching. 5. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another session if availability allows. 6. Health & Hygiene: Please do not attend if your baby is unwell. 7. Liability: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their babies at all times. Playhouse Venue accepts no liability for injuries during the session.
